One-Time SCR Intent-to-Apply Form for Organizations

This form is for organizations applying for Statewide Community Regrants (SCR)—formerly "Decentralization (DEC) Grant"—funding in the Arts Education and/or Community Arts category for their own project(s) or as a fiscal sponsor. It must be submitted along with the project application(s) for the applicant to be considered for funding. If any information provided on this form changes, applicants will be able to update it in future project applications.

Prior to applying for SCR funding, prospective applicants must read the 2025 SCR Application Guidelines. First-time applicants and returning applicants who did not apply for 2021 DEC or SCR funding beginning with the 2022 cycle must either attend a "How-to-Apply" seminar (held in-person or via Zoom) led by the grant coordinator or speak with him in an individual consultation. Returning applicants who did apply for 2021 DEC funding and/or SCR funding beginning with the 2022 cycle must touch base with the grant coordinator by email before completing any 2025 applications.

The latest deadline for the Intent-to-Apply form and 2025 Arts Education, Community Arts, and Individual Artist grant applications is Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 11:59 pm. To request a copy of the guidelines and other materials, register for a seminar or consultation, and/or learn more about ALCA's ADK Quad-County SCR Program, please email Grant Coordinator Fred Balzac at fred@adirondackarts.org.
